We at Shedd Park want to thank all the players, coaches, parents, umpires as well as all the volunteers who made 2010 such a successful season. We also want to congratulate the Rookie League Champion Phillies, who won their third consecutive title this spring. Congratulations are also in order to the Minor League Orioles, who were crowned Minor League Champions after a grueling playoff. The Junior League Nationals went wire-to-wire in winning the Junior League Championship, and the Lowell City Championship as well. Lets cheer them on as they try to bring the city title to Shedd Park. The Shedd Park Senior League Orioles were the winners in the Shedd/Centralville Senior League, churning out win after win in impressive fashion.

The Shedd Park Softball league finished the season recently, and in the Senior League Division the Mighty Cougars are the League Champs, finishing with a 13-1-1 record. In the Junior Division the Eagles soared to the Championship game and this year were runner ups.

There is plenty of baseball being played this summer, check the website for home games hosted by our travel teams. The Shedd Park 11 year-old team stormed to their third consecutive Cal Ripken District 2 National Title, and are headed to Raynham later in the month to take another crack at the Massachusetts Cal Ripken State Championships.

We are all looking forward to 2011, and we look forward to having everyone back!
